About Us

Founded in 2004, Zoë-Life is a purpose-driven organisation based in South Africa, working towards societal transformation through direct service interventions, capacity-building, technical support and skills training for organisations and communities.

Zoë-Life specialises in addressing crucial areas of need, with a core focus on health (HIV, TB and malaria), child survival (infant feeding, nutrition, shelter and illness management), and family strengthening (psychosocial support and parental health).

Using both sector-specific and networked approaches, the scope of our work has a positive impact at every level of society, through practical implementation of services, wellness programmes, and organisational development training in leadership and team-effectiveness.

Zoë-Life operates from and in KwaZulu-Natal province, where the HIV and TB co-epidemic is most severe. Many of our current projects are funded by PEPFAR, and we work closely with national, provincial and local Departments of Health to support implementation of NSP guidelines. Our strategic momentum is directed towards securing a national, regional and global presence during the next five years.
