Organisational Structure

Zoë-Life operates under a Closed Corporation called SMT Health Solutions and adheres to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) principles and requirements.
Zoë-Life is led by an Executive Committee consisting of a Programme Director (Dr Stephanie Thomas), a Financial Director (Neville Keenan), and five executive committee members (Monty Thomas, Bev van der Walt, Mioara Marcu, Rosemary Owen and Sherwin Abrahams) who provide specialist guidance and ensure accountability.
The organisation reflects its ideals through its structure, and enacts them through a team-based approach that fosters support and space for staff to develop their full capacity and potential.
