Our Future

Looking further ahead, this shift also serves to reposition Zoë-Life's specialist skills for substantial integration and expansion, interlinking a broader range of structural health and development issues. Our Five-Year Strategic Plan is based on strengthening and deepening the impact of each Pillar of Influence:

Zoë-Life will find inventive ways of networking and relationship-building to connect and unite people, to communicate fruitfully and to augment resources.

To support leaner, more efficient systems in multiple environments, we will focus on innovating resource linkages to ensure that people and organisations receive the best possible service for their investment.

Individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and constrained by resource-poor environments will be assisted by Zoe-Life, through management training and capacity-building, to develop beyond their circumstances and to lead their societies.

Community development will break new ground in mobilising and managing resources, fostering social cohesion, and effecting sustainability. Programmes designed to serve men, children and families, and improved models to address poverty, are some of the key strategies for this Pillar.

To build all that is best on earth, Zoë-Life is etching footholds to extend our programme influence across national, regional, continental and global terrain. Having had involvement in Swaziland and with plans to work in Mozambique, we want to achieve a broader reach into other African countries. We are also developing relationships with contacts in Asia, Europe and America who share our sense of responsibility to transform societies in need to societies who lead.
