I was privileged to watch a group of ladies creating a huge beaded artwork, painstakingly securing probably hundreds of thousands of beads . These ladies were beading all day, day after day - sometimes for up to four years on a single artwork - tirelessly working on a spectacular creation. I asked them how they were able to sustain their passion for the work and maintain excellence in their products. They answered: "We love every bead."
